Nicolas particular subjects of expertise include the automation of repetitive tasks, the prediction and modelling of trends using data analysis and machine learning, improvements of decision-making as well as the personalisation of legal services for the firm’s clients.
He has worked extensively on data management and contract management in companies (census, knowledge, identification of contractual risks, management of updates), in addition to the management and security of personal data. He is an experienced externalized DPO.
Nicolas joined Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in 2014, having previously worked as a lawyer and then as an in-house counsel, an experience which is appreciated by many of the firm’s clients. He provides extensive knowledge of crisis management, and pre-litigation and litigation strategies to the firm’s clients, and has expert relations with the administrative supervisory authorities.
Nicolas is fluent in both English and German.
