Ownership of the Website

Rights and Duties of the User

The user of the Site (hereinafter, the “User(s)”) acknowledges that he/she has the skills and means necessary to access and use the Site and has verified that the computer configuration used contains no viruses and is in perfect working order. In accordance with the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), the automated processing of personal data carried out from this website is included in the register of processing activities of the Firm.

Use of the Site by the User

Users of this Site are required to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and any other legislation applicable in France, the violation of which is liable to criminal penalties. In particular, they must refrain, with regard to the personal information to which they have access, from any collection, any misuse, and in general, from any act likely to infringe the privacy or reputation of individuals.

The general structure, as well as the software, texts, images (animated or not), videos, sounds, know-how and all other elements making up the Site are the exclusive property of Grant Thornton.

Any total or partial representation of the Site by any means whatsoever without the express authorization of Grant Thornton and the Firm is prohibited and shall constitute an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-3 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. The same applies to the databases appearing on the Site, the infringement of which is punishable under Articles L.343-4 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos, carried out from elements of the Site without the express permission of the Firm is therefore prohibited and punishable under Articles L.713-2 s., L.716-4 s. and L.717-1 s. of the Intellectual Property Code.

With the exception of the iconography, the reproduction of the pages of the Site on a paper medium is authorized, subject to compliance with the following three conditions:
