Cécile Didolot is Attorney-at-Law, Director, and has been working in the employment law and HR engineering department within Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats since she joined in late 2007.
For more than 25 years, Cécile has been advising both on the day-to-day management of companies and on more specific issues related to particular projects. She also handles litigation cases in social matters before it goes to court.
Since the beginning of her professional activity, she has worked on corporate restructuring operations and has carried out numerous due diligences, within cross-functional teams, in national and international contexts.
She works with a varied clientele, both in terms of structure size and activity sector (including banking, IT, new technologies, road transport, press, services, industry and commerce, luxury).
Cécile is fluent in English.
