These include Charlotte Gendron and Nathalie Bourguignat, lawyers specialized in intellectual property and information technologies, and Frédéric Texier, paralegal and holder of the French Trademark and Design Assistant Certificate (CAM).

Anne Frede, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats affirms:

« With the creation of this new department, Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats continues to develop its legal solutions for companies. The choice of an “Intellectual Property and Information Technology” practice within our firm was an obvious one, as the correct management of these issues is essential to the success of our clients' projects in France and internationally. Regardless of the sector they operate in, this will allow them to stand out from the competition and to protect themselves from anti-competitive practices. Innovation and intellectual property are an asset for companies. Protecting, defending and promoting these will be at the heart of the work carried out by Natalia and her team as they address our clients' commercial and financial stakes. »
