Natalia Moya-Fernandez is a partner in charge of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology law department.
She advises French and international companies in the management of their daily legal issues regarding to intellectual property law, in particular in the implementation of their intellectual property management policy: protection and defence strategy for trademarks, patents and designs, drafting and negotiation of contracts in the field of industrial property, R&D, copyright and image rights, software and databases.
She has developed a strong expertise in advertising law. Natalia defends the interests of company leaders in IP infringement matters, domain name usurpation and unfair competition before the courts as well as national and international administrative and arbitration authorities (INPI, EUIPO, WIPO, AFNIC).
She is actively involved in various intellectual property associations (French Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM), European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), MARQUES, International Trademark Association (INTA)).
