Caroline Luche-Rocchia, Partner, specialises in both individual and collective aspects of employment law. She joined Grant Thornton Société d'Avocats in 2019 and leads the Employment Law and HR Engineering practice.
For nearly 18 years, she has advised and assisted French and foreign groups and companies in their legal transformation projects (M&A, restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, IPO, etc.). She has a strong expertise in Human Resources Management, she acts as an expert in innovation and change management projects (reorganisation, digitalisation, CSR).
