- Two established programs
- Women in Leadership: an internal program including training, exchanges and experience-sharing events which aim to help our female employees access management positions and where the training offered focuses on leadership development.
- Women in Business: a set of initiatives aimed at supporting our female lawyers, managers, directors and partners in the development of their business network (events, communication actions, etc.).
- Work/ life balance
In 2021, Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats also concluded a teleworking agreement which will enable all employees to achieve a better work/ life balance.
