Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats and Grant Thornton were involved in the acquisition of Mixel France SAS and its subsidiary Mixel Agitator, by GMM Pfaudler, a leading technologies, systems and services provider for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Founded in 1884, GMM Pfaudler is a global leader in corrosion-resistant technologies, systems, and services for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and energy industry.
Mixel designs and manufactures customised mixing systems for a wide range of industrial applications. Mixel has more than 45,000 agitators installed worldwide and a consolidated turnover of € 13.2 million.
Grant Thornton Transactions Services and Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats, have assisted GMM Pfaudler in the acquisition of Mixel France, designer and manufacturer of standard and made-to-measure mixing systems for a wide range of industrial applications.
The Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats team was led by Stéphany Brévost, Partner, Attorney-at-law, and Elvire Tardivon-Lorizon, Partner, Attorney-at-law, accompanied by Emilie Fillette-Casella, Senior Manager, Attorney-at-law, and Cécile Natali, Senior Manager, Attorney-at-law, for the tax due diligence.
