Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats heads north

Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats, partner law firm to the audit and advisory group Grant Thornton, has announced the opening of a new office in Lille from Monday, 4 April 2022. This growth in the firm’s national presence will help develop the deployment of its services to companies of all sizes established in the Hauts-de-France region.

Jean-François Blaret, experienced lawyer in business law and familiar with the business fabric of the area will join the teams as Director, giving advice and support to companies in the Hauts-de-France region in their strategic decisions on growth, divestment and reorganization (sale/acquisition, fundraising, shareholders' agreements, issuance of complex securities, restructuring, etc.). He will be able to rely on Grant Thornton's regional network located in Douai and Saint-Omer, as well as on the global organization which is present in more than 140 countries.
