The “Path to Partner” program
This unique program is aimed at Senior Managers, its purpose being to help prepare them to become possible future partners and to structure their partnership project. The program allows them to fully share our ambitions, to benefit from experienced input in terms of strategic analysis and above all to develop their personal and professional leadership through targeted coaching.
The @Springboard program, a springboard for women
This "Management, Career and Leadership for Women" program gives young women in the firm the ability to develop both professionally and personally thanks to a 4-day course over 4 months.
