Christine d’Ovidio is a partner, in charge of the Corporate/M&A department.

Christine has developed a strong expertise in the legal and capital reorganization of groups, the structuring of their activity and governance.

She is also involved in supporting M&A transactions (due diligence/vendor due diligence; acquisitions and disposals).

She has supported mid-cap companies and multinational companies in all sectors of activity by offering a pragmatic and dimensioned approach.

She is fluent in English and conducts numerous operations in an international context.
