Sahra is an experienced lawyer and will head the economic law department which assists French and international companies in the deployment of their commercial activities and market strategies in France and worldwide, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Sahra Hagani advises French and foreign groups of all sizes in the drafting and negotiation of contracts (distribution contracts, industrial contracts, subcontracting, etc.), in the setting up and protecting of their distribution networks, and in auditing and optimizing the commercial and pricing policies of her client companies.
Sahra is a specialist in issues relating to the digitalization of distribution activities in both BtoB and BtoC markets, providing her expertise to companies in the implementation and compliance of their websites and Market Place. She works regularly for clients in the tourism, retail and e-commerce sectors.
