Specialised in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions (venture capital, development capital, LBOs, turnarounds), Stéphane has been advising and assisting French and foreign groups of all sizes, both listed and unlisted, investment funds, start-ups and company directors for more than 20 years with their projects of setting up, investment transactions, external growth and restructuring, both in France and internationally. He regularly works in the energy, environment, biotechnology and ICT industries.
Stéphane has also developed particular expertise in corporate governance and international contracts, particularly in the negotiation and drafting of partnership, joint venture and consortium agreements.
Stéphane is a member of several professional associations, including the International Bar Association and the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce. He is the author of numerous publications in legal, economic and financial journals.
